Welcome to the website of Joshua Hauser, Professor of Trombone at Tennessee Tech University! If you are a low brass player, you may want to bookmark this site and check back periodically because I plan to keep adding more tips and tricks as time permits.
I am the Trombone professor here at Tennessee Tech and teach courses in Music Theory, Instrumentation, and Contemporary Music. I am also the director of the Tennessee Tech Trombone Choir and I perform regularly with both the Bryan Symphony Orchestra and the Brass Arts Quintet.
