Co-PI on funded NSF S-STEM Grant Onboarding Rural Area Mathematicians and Professionals in Science! Aims to provide an educational avenue for the untapped talent in the Upper Cumberland region by fully supporting students with the passion, but not the financial means to attend college. Program includes a range of supports including academic tutoring and guidance, peer and career mentorship, cohort building, leadership training, and career development.

Invited Convener/Organizer of concurrent symposium. Plant Biology 2022 Conference (American Society of Plant Biologists) Title: Exploring plant response to complex biotic and abiotic interactions. Presented work by and fostered discussion among scientists studying plant responses to multiple factors to determine empirical and modeling methods to rapidly assess plant response to complex interactions and better select robust varieties or strains given a changing climate.

Co-founder and Director of Curriculum Development, Jayhawks Breaking Barriers (JBB) Founded by Dr. Kinmonth and other graduate students and post-docs in 2016, while Dr. Kinmonth was a post-doc at the University of Kansas. Aimed to increase representation in STEM in the Kansas region through mentorship and career and professional development. jbb.ku.edu.

Co-founder, Camp Director, Member of Board of Directors, Camp Thunderbird South Dakota Volunteer-run, independent 501(c)3 non-profit, founded to serve Indigenous students in South Dakota through educational summer programming focused on confidence building, outdoor and science education, and college readiness. 2008-2017.
