Recording data for the student projects on Bailey’s Beads, solar prominences, and the solar corona, was the main objective. However, because this was the last total solar eclipse on US soil for 20 years, we also took the opportunity to record images and movies of other phenomena. Some of this was done using the same setups used for the student projects, but extra cameras were also setup for some of these.
