BRAID Affiliate

In 2018, the Computer Science department at Tennessee Tech was a BRAID (Building, Recruiting, And Inclusion for Diversity) affiliate.

Affiliate Schools are institutions that spend one year implementing BRAID commitments to increase diversity in their CS departments. They do not participate in the longitudinal research study, nor do they receive funding. They participate with BRAID on a one-year rotation that includes attending the annual BRAID Summit. 2018 Affiliate schools included: Brown University, Lehigh University, Michigan Tech, Tennessee Tech, Tufts, University of the Pacific, and the University of Waterloo.
