About Crystal Dugger

Dugger joined HealthTrust as the Vice President of Clinical Service.  She is responsible for the administration of clinical research/education, analytics, clinical consulting and strategic development of clinical offerings for HealthTrust.  She previously held positions at HCA/Sarah Cannon serving as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations where she was responsible for developing the solid tumor and nurse navigation programs. 

Dugger has a rich background in healthcare programmatic development, care management, clinical innovation, and advisement.  She is an executive nurse that developed and implemented clinical programs, combining technology and care to improve outcomes.  She received her Masters of Science in Business Administration in Healthcare from Western Governors University and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University. She is nationally recognized for her work around developing world-class cancer programs, care-management programs and implementation of artificial intelligence technology and analytics into clinical care settings.   She has three daughters ranging in the age from 17-22 who keep her busy with their many activities.  She has been married 25 years to Jeff Dugger who is a local football coach and teacher and also an alumni from TTU.  Crystal loves Titans football, her large family and spending time with friends on the lake.
