Before joining CMD-IT, Rose served as Senior Director, Women in Tech Evangelist for <a href=\"https:\/\/anitab.org\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/anitab.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AnitaB.org<\/strong><\/a>, where she helped further the organization&#8217;s mission for 50\/50 women in tech by 2025 through stimulating storytelling, thoughtful dialogue and advocating for true representation in tech. She is the founder and chair of the Industry Advisory Board at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.savannahstate.edu\/cost\/computer-science\/index.shtml\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.savannahstate.edu\/cost\/computer-science\/index.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Savannah State University Computer Science department<\/strong><\/a> by providing opportunities for Computer Science students and faculty with access to technical conferences, scholarships and open source community.
