The webinar discussed cybersecurity clubs at TNTech, namely CyberEagles and CyberEagles-W, and their influence on the peer networking and mentoring program at CEROC.  CyberEagles-W is the first Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/wicys.org\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wicys.org\" target=\"_blank\">wicys.org<\/a>) student chapter in the nation out of the current 114 chapters, whose focus is empowering female students, who are under-represented in cyber.  Representatives from these clubs extended their offerings to HBCUs and MSIs seeking to create such cohorts to drive interest in a future cybersecurity program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"532\" height=\"306\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.tntech.edu\/ceroc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/100\/2021\/03\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.tntech.edu\/ceroc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/100\/2021\/03\/image-1.png 532w, https:\/\/sites.tntech.edu\/ceroc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/100\/2021\/03\/image-1-300x173.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 532px) 100vw, 532px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Students participating in the webinar came from schools in nine different states such as <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Angelo State University<\/li><li>Baltimore City Community College<\/li><li>Community College of Denver<\/li><li>Fisk University<\/li><li>Jarvis Christian College<\/li><li>Metropolitan State University of Denver<\/li><li>Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico<\/li><li>Stillman College<\/li><li>Tennessee State University<\/li><li>Tougaloo College<\/li><li>University of Colorado, Colorado Springs<\/li><li>University of the District of Columbia<\/li><li>Winston-Salem State University<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinar was led by Dr. Ambareen Siraj (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ambareensiraj\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ambareensiraj\/<\/a>) and CyberCorps SFS students Andy Brown (CyberEagles president), Kaitlyn Carroll (CyberEagles-W president), and Hallie Sevier (CyberEagles-W vice-president).
